Lol...none of Obito's paths can use Rinnegan techniques except shared vision, just like they can't use any sharingan techniques except precognition. Having a Rinnegan in his eye doesn't mean he can use Preta. But, since you made it a thread condition, I can't ignore it. Utakata wins because his bubble shield protects him from invisible attacks.
