Tobirama would regenerate, but Madara can put him to sleep with the Flower Tree World or immobilize him with Mokuton.

That's plain ridiculous, whether Madara defeats them or not, it's not going to be a walk in the park. We're talking about Hashirama's younger brother and an EMS user, there's a few combos which could cause problems for Madara. For example, an FTG and Chidori combo.
