Hiruzen and Tobirama should be able to break out of it easily. Since Sasuke has called apon them to ask questions, Orochimaru won't put such a tight bond on them and leave some of there emotions out.(Like Kabuto did). Tobirama was the creator and Hiruzen was said to have know all of Konoha's jutsu. Wouldn't this be the perfect opportunity to break out of it? Especially for Tobirama since thid is his 2nd time under it.

Secret to RDS

To perform a perfect RDS you need to use the mask as seen by orochimaru doing that the danger of sealing your own soul is no longer there. Using the mask in the sealing you can even bring back souls from that realm. I believe that there is a chance of getting the other half of the kyuubi(kumara).
