For them to have unlimited Chakra is most unlikely.

The amount of Amaterasu and Susanoo Itachi used is nothing special, that could've been and already has been used during his lifetime. Madara.. well, he's just Madara. He's like a second Rikudo Sennin without Juubi. He was born with an incredibly strong Chakra and is further boosted by his Rinnegan and Hashirama's DNA. On top of that Kabuto said to have summoned him 'beyoned' his prime.

It has been implied multiple times that persons revived by that technique can tire out. Muu for example couldn't use Jinton after he split. Something that's most unlikely if he wouldn't lose any chakra, since that would mean he can't use Jinton once his Chakra drops below 50% - which is not true as recently demonstrated by Oonoki. Kinkaku and Ginkaku were able to use the deadly, Chakra draining weapons of Rikudo Sennin, which was (said to be) possible due to their blood-relation with him and the bit of Kurama's ChakraChakra they possess. If Edo Tensei granted unlimited Chakra that would've most likely been said there. Mizukage also was exhausted after he used Jokey Boy, though that's not necessary Chakra exhaustion. At least it proves that they don't have unlimited stamina.

It's True That Chakra Is A Combination Of Mental And Physical Energy, But You Require Stamina In Order To Keep That Ratio Balanced. This Is Just An Assumption Of Mine, But The Way I See It, When Someone Runs Out Of Stamina, They Lose The Ability To Keep The Ratio Of Mental & Physical Energy In Balance; Without That Balance They Can't Use Their Techniques. Like I Said Though, That's Simply My Opinion.
