Edo Tensi - Third Vs Oro

Something has always bothered me.

When Oro and the Third thought, Oro summoned the first and second. He also tried to summon the fourth but that failed. Now before you start, I know minato's soul is in the reaper death god stomach BUT the third says "I must do something about the third one"

It wouldn't have worked in the first place. Maybe Hiruzen did something, maybe he didn't. It was never shown what exactly happens when you attempt to revived a sealed person.

We don't know if Hiruzen's Jutsu would have worked or not, because Orochimaru couldn't Edo Tensei Minato in the first place, since he was sealed in the Death God's Stomach.
