Edo Tensi questions

I am going back through some of the older issues trying to answer a few questions and need help.. why are. JARAIYA and Oroochimaru not part of the army revived by Kabuto. He pretty much revives everyone else that wasn't sealed previously... also the 4th Hogake CAN'T be brought back because he sealed himself away but when Oorochimarru fought the 3rd homage it seemed at the time he was the 3rd coffin that the3rd homage prevented from being released

The 3rd didn't prevent Minato from being summoned, Edo Tensei cannot bring back sealed souls. Jiraiya hasn't been revived because there's no DNA laying around but Kabuto said there may be enough blood on SPOP's chakra receivers. Keyword, "MAY" Oro is sealed as well.

Kabuto cant get to Jiraiya's body because it is deep in the ocean, and Tobi wont give him Pains chakra receivers which also have his dna on it.
Oro is sealed.
All the first 4 hokage's are sealed so they cant be resurrected.
Minato was in the third coffin which Oro tried to release, but it failed because Minato was sealed in the Death God. Hiruzen wasn't the one who stopped the coffin.

kk this is wat i think... orochimaru wasnt brought back because he got sealed up by itachis sword of totsuka. 4th question is very good i am not sure also... when the move is perform your soul is given to the shinigami... but the reason he might be able to be brought back is that he left some of his chakara with naruto so he can see him as an adult. he came back briefly so im guessing he isn't necessarily gone from the possible edo candidate. Jiraiya isnt part of the arsenal because his body is list at sea, and the only way to bring some one back using edo tensei is to have some of their dna...

but how can you say there is no Dna for Jiraiya guy has nothing but long hair which contains Dna visit any bath house sure there is tons of it.. or is he not quite dead
. also where does it says ooro is sealed I know that he was killed sasuke but I didn't see where it said he was sealed

We didn't say he cant find Jiraiya's dna... Kabuto did. If he cant find Jiraiya's dna then he cant find Jiraiya's dna...
Oro was swaled by Itachi during the Itachi vs Sasuke fight, re-watch it.

well my theory goes this way.1.kabuto can summon jirayha because he's at the bottom of the sea.the fishes will be having toad sage dinner.2.orochimaru cant be summoned because he's been sealed away by itachi.3.as per my opinion during the 3rd hokage & oroch fight.the 3rd hokage already knew who were the one's who oroch was gonna summon.the 3rd coffin which the 3rd hokage stopped it wasnt the 4th hokage,who cant be summoned because of the reaper death seal.in the 3rd coffin was Uchiha Madara.it also makes perfect sense since he could summon madara in d war.i wonder where oroc and kabuto found madara's dna

No, Kabuto even said it was the 4th Hokage in the coffin. It failed because the 4th Hokage was sealed in the Death God.
