You sacrifice a random body + DNA of the person ur reviving and since Deidara arms were sown back on after Kamui/Sand Coffin and His body exploded there is bound to be DNA of him all over the place

its not the body thats needed, its a piece of his/her's dna that is needed, which could be as small as a hair to a fragment of flesh that didnt get blown up completely

And remember that Zetsu is an amazing tracker. His main role was to gather intel and such. He could have easily found his remains.
