Now it says here that after will of stone, the next episode is called edo tensei's risk. If I'm not mistaken the exact same title had a cahpter in which Madara breaks his edo contract with Kabuto. BUT! This does not suppose to happen until Kabuto is defeated so what's going on? Will we see him breaking the contract even though Kabuto is still around?

Itachi says to Kabuto that the Risk of Edo Tensei is Uchiha Itachi himself because he is the only Edo who is free and can release the jutsu by controlling the user.The uchiha brothers don't know anything about Uchiha Madara resurrected (at that time). He says this because Kabuto was trying to manipulate Sasuke in front of Itachi to join hands in order to stop Itachi and take him back under control (hidden intentions)
