Edo Tenseis CANNOT be Jinchurikies

Madara himself said it, that's the reason he cannot be the Juubi Jinchuriki, because he's an Edo.
Then how the hell did Minato go Kyubi Chakra Mode? XD

Minato sealed the kyuubi chakra inside himself. The "real" kyuubi is obviously inside Naruto.

Minato isn't Jinchuriki. He just have Kurama's Yin chakra sealed in himself, not the beast himself. The beast is in Naruto, the Yang chakra, the body, that's why Naruto is capable of using BM. It's explained in the NarutoWikia that Minato's cloak is something "between" KCM and BM, and he can use it because of Kurama's Yin chakra. That's my opinion.

Edo jinchuriki's were bound by chakra chains to the Gedo Mazou so that explains why they could be edo jins. Minato is not a jinchuriki, he only has Kurama's chakara like Ginkaku and Kinkaku plus he died with the chakra inside of him.

Jinchuriki means power of human sacrifice, Minato and the Edo jinchurikis has already made that sacrifice so to speak.
The reason Madara can't do this because you can't "sacrifice" a dead body which is essentially what he is.

my guess is that minato did a seal and kishi didn't tell us and he sealed the chakra within himself and not the death reaper....that would be kinda lame though. i think that once you are brought back through edo tensei you can't use it but if you were already a jin then you can use it as seen by the other jins in the beginning of this fight they were edo's and they were jins.

the best explanation is the gold and silver brothers they were not jins but had kurama chakra so they can have a cloak ...but they don't have kurama in them tough...similar to minato's case he already had the fox chakra in him so yeah.
