In the magma we have seen that madara died at the age of 84. But, he got revived at a young age. Hiruzen got revived at an old age . So how does the edo tensei work? Does the user pick the age he wants the person to be revived at?

Madara already had Rinnegan. Kabuto only made a few adjustments while modifying Edo Tensei - enhancing Hashirama's cells (located on Hasirama's left boob). Speculation says, that through Hashirama's cells, Madara had regain his prime features or appearance.
