Kabuto didnt do everything by himself, he had nothing too do 3/4ths of the deaths of the people he brought back I
With a technique he didn't create. So kabuto knows how too blackmail someone with intel himself and orochimaru collected... Again not by himself...he hasn't anything by himself except get tags teamed by sauske and itachi.

Kabuto failed. Orochimaru failed and died several times. 2nd Hokage.. c'mon he's been long dead and that meant he failed.

Death or loosing has little meaning to the second hokage same woth orochimaru who hasn't technically died as his consciousness and chakra were spread further than herpes in vegas during spring break.
