Once all of the villians are sealed away, what will be done to them? The jutsu cant be undone, so will more evil people try to release them back into the world? What do you guys think about this?

What Deadai said. I think one of the Alliance's main objectives was to find Kabuto so they could make him stop Edo Tensei.
