edo tensei ?!

Okey as we've seen on the latest manga chapter ... Madara stated that the Reanimation jutsu has 1 risk... and that is if the one summoned by edo tensei knows the seal of it you can release it... so I'm a little confused as how come, when Orochimaru revived/summoned the Hashirama and Tobirama how come neither of them released themselves ... I mean if Madara knows about this risk ... so should have Hashirama not to Mention Tobirama since he created this jutsu.... Anyone else confused about this?

Tobirama created the jutsu, and they had no free will to perform the seals.

kabuto gave madara more freedom to move around
while oro had full control over the brothers

Hashi n tobirama were under the control of oro, madara had more freedom but he couldnt release himself so when kabuto release edo he took tht opportunity n release himself from kabuto control

As the Edos are released they regain control of their bodies, thus Dan was also able to perform his spirit jutsu. Oros Edo were sealed and not released so they wouldn't have time to release the jutsu
