One question, what happens to the soul of the alive person who is sacrificed? Does it go to the afterlife or just remain sealed in the edo tensei body?

No idea, i imagine its a direct trade so it probably moves on. Whenever Edo Tensei ends the sacrifice is already dead (im imagining it happens before the kunai is shoved in their neck lol).

And i think afterlife but i will disagree with you on the second two souls can have one body as in the jinchūriki case and i know they are Bijū+Human... But Human+Human= is still unknown for now but i think it's possible

Well there are the Kekkei Genkai types lol, but thats more two people joining bodies (and not in the good way XD). Still to see two human souls in one body i think.
