in Chapter 118 of the Naruto Manga, Orochimaru uses the Edo Tensei, I did not know this and I was wonder if anyone else knew, that and Kabuto has Orochi's DNA Right? isnt that all he needs to Make an Oro Edo Tensei, and Apparently Orochi wasnt completly sealed

To be summoned, you need to be in the "pure place"... Or something along those lines, which basically means your soul can't be anywhere else. This is why he couldn't summon the previous Hokage because they're within the Shinigami - But Orochimaru was actually sealed away by Itachi's Totsuka Sword, therefore it's rather questionable; And more doubtful, in my opinion, as to whether or not Orochimaru can be summoned back.

Well yes and no... Didn't Kabuto absorb some of Orochimaru? Hence his current appearance. I mean, if we were to get technical - You could say that part of Orochimaru's soul is within the Shinigami and therefore he can't be revived on that premise or if he is, he won't have access to his arms... But there's really no evidence to support whether or not this could be true.
