I think that Kishi has went overboard with Kabuto!!!
I mean he revived so much freaking people...
Though i intend to ask why wasnt jiraiya revived by pein or by edo!?
I think that it isnt true that edo can't revive those who are sealed cuz orochimaru was going to revive minato but sarutobi stoped his coffin.
And at the end why wasnt Orochimaru revived???

Kabuto has already stated why Jiraiya wasn't resurrected. His body is in the Ocean, too deep for Kabuto. But he also said there might be enough blood on SPOP's chakra-receivers or whatever.

He didn't say Jiraiya cannot be resurrected but he said he cannot get samples or parts of Jiraiya's body because his body is sunk under the ocean. We know that his arm is left on land at the Hidden Rain village.
