edo tensei weakness..?

I was just wondering since edo tensei is a jutsu and does take the chakra of the sacrificed human to perform it if someone like lets say Kisame where to use Samada on an edo ninja and drained them of there chakra wouldn't that mean with no chakra the soul would be released?(I apologize if this sounds poorly put together but my friends are rushing me off the computer hope you get the general idea)​
