I'm sorry, but your logic is entirely flawed.

For one thing, it can't be said that Kabuto knows Jinton by extension of controlling Muu, it's still Muu's ability, but Muu is only fighting because of Kabuto's power. His spirit is bound to the land of the living by Edo Tensei, so he literally exists because of Kabuto's power, and his actions are dictated by Kabuto's power. He is no longer a person, he is an animated corpse with no free-will, he is a tool. While he has a consciousness (if Kabuto allows it), he has no control over himself. He is aesthetically no different from a Pein body, or Sasori's puppets.

1. Kabuto is not using his chakra to execute jinton, Muu is using his edo chakra to execute it so ur wrong
2. Kabuto doesnt use his power either, the edos retain their abilities the moment they are revived, and are revived with never ending chakra, therefore allowing them to cast their jutsus, Kabuto has control over them sure, but the jutsus that the edos cast should NOT be counted in kabutos abilities, since they are simply NOT his own,
3. Yes he is different from Peins body or Sasoris Puppet, since both of them cast their OWN CHAKRA to utilise them, kabuto on the other hand doesnt, nor does he have the same abilities as his edos,

Kurama does not have a contract, he's simply being controlled by Uchiha/Senju powers. Summons do have contracts, but they are not controlled and can still choose to obey or not. They are both outside presences, but are brought into battle by the power of the user, the power of Madara's eyes or the power of the user's contract. Edo Tensei is just like them, with the exception that the Edo Tenseis are NOT outside presences and only exist because of the power of the user. Hell, Black Zetsu is an outside presence helping Kaguya, but he exists because of Kaguya's power.
In all three cases, Bijuus, summons, or zombies, they are tools of the user because it requires their power to use them.

Madara in his EMS form, clearly had NO senju powers, so ur point on summoning is already moot,
nor did i ever state that kurama had a contract, so i dont see why ur trying to find flaws in my argument when u urself dont know what ur on about,

Furthermore i dont see what exactly are u trying to say, if ur tryin to explain to me how edo tensei works then please dont, since i already know how it operates,

I made this entire post due to top 10 lists, where i dont include edos,
you and orochimaur/kabuto fanboys being too angry over it is none of my concerns when several more people dont include them as well,
i have already given u a reason as to why i dont include them
--there are too many variables to consider, on top of the fact that its ANOTHER character that is executing their jutsu, not the user themselves nor does it display the users abilities therefore its not a proper way to determine their own power

its ur choice whether u want to include edos or not, but its not my concern that ur too butthurt over the fact that i dont include them

Besides, it's peoples' choices not to include Bijuus on top ten lists, opting to only use people, but that is no excuse. Edo Tensei is very straight-forward, the only real variable is who's resurrected.

Because in top 10 lists, only PEOPLE are being used, not summonings or edos,
and you just contradicted urself, Edos have far too many variables to consider, based on who and how many does the user resurrect, which just makes the lists inaccurate and flawed,
and was also one of the reasons why i dont include them,

ET bends t/s to summon the intended person to their location, because it generally returned the person back as they were when they were last alive. An ET'd person can operate with or w/o the user's instruction, just like a regular summoning, and the acquired DNA and soul of the summoned party is the contract. It is aptly called a summoning jutsu because it's mechanics are really no different from those of a regular summoning jutsu.

Whats ur point here?? i am well aware of how ET operates,
the only point im trying to make is that it doesnt display the users power, nor is a Top 10 list accurrate enough if we include edo tensei due to far too many variables
