Since the Edo Tensei brings back the target in the same manner in which they died, (Nagato being the perfect example) wouldn't shisui be brought back with no eyes, as Danzo stole one, and he gave the other to Itachi before he died?

First of all, being revived how you were when you died doesn't even make sense. If I take your dna when you are 10 years old, how would it know what you will look like when you die? Obviously they are brought back at the age the dna was taken. But Kabuto went grave robbing so most of the Edo's dna was taken after they died anyway, and thats how they were brought back.
Kabuto has already explained why they were brought back with their eyes.

Nagato was hidden throughout his whole life. Whilst fighting Naruto, his body was well hidden in the forest. And after death, his body was well hidden by Konan to the point where Tobi needed to fight to the death to find him. The only time Kabuto could have got his dna is after using Rinne Tensei (where Nagato's nose bleeds). That is the only place the real Nagato has left dna, so that must have been where Kabuto got his dna from.
Im going to make a thread about this later on because people keep bringing up the "they are revived how they died" comment when that is wrong.
Edo tensei brings back the victim with their last memories, not the way they died because itachi was in poor health when he died and he seems ok, nagato could n't make any more seals but returns better and other examples like asuma who was crippled and returned ok.
I think the ninjas summoned choose a time in their lives when they were perfect and return like that.

Obviously Madara never died at that age because he knew Nagato. Which means he was aroung 65-75 when he died.

About sasori i was using YOUR logic because i don't think you were right. If it's as you said, and they come back at the age the dna was taken, then sasori would be in his late 20's or 30's. But he's not. He comes back as a 16 year old, the same as his puppet body when he died. I'm just saying. There are too many holes in Edo Tensei and they'll never be filled. Haha. I see what you mean though. It's a tough one.

Now your're making stuff up to prove your theory. Think. It was stated that Tobirama and Hashirama were in their Prime when Orochimaru revived them. And think about Sasori; when he died he was a puppet, right? But why was he a human when Kabuto revived him? It's all about the soul. I think that the DNA is used as a medium and a marker. It basically tells the Edo Tensei what soul to bring back and at what body it should go to.
