Edo tensei regeneration

Is it me or did anyone else notice that minato's arm regenerated as well as hiruzen's head which I'm pretty confident that I've seen them being blown into oblivion by the black chakra release that juubito used. What's really odd is that tobirama said that it may not regenerate or take a long time, does that mean that juubito cant even kill an edo tensei or is what?

Well when Hiruzen got hit, Obito still wasn't in full control of the Juubi.

However with Minato, I didn't know his arm regenerated.

The black things that were used didn't have the same consistency, they were different, that's why minato is not regenerating

Hiruzen got hit before Obito entered the mode that allowed him to kill Edos.

siriously, its enough. how many times happened it that something impossible happened, so that poeple can say: "oh look a plothole, plot no jutsu, mistake, kishi is a dumb@ass, etc,etc,etc," but then get proven wrong after few chapters and kishi make them look like full retards because they are too impatient.

they want everything explained in 1 chapter. never heard about making the manga more exciting.
