[Discussion] Edo Tensei or Rinne Tensei

We all know that Edo Tensei purposes no risk to the user at all is a very powerful jutsu. It revives people in a grizzly state, but with all limbs and body parts.

Rinne Tensei drains gigantic amounts of chakra and revives people, but in the state that they died in without any of the wounds.

Which one is better?

My opinion Edo Tensei cuz it doesnt take as much out of the user as Rinne Tensei. They are both effective jutsu though

That's the question though. Does Rinne Tensei revive people with all their limbs, like, let's say Izuna. If Madara used Rinne Tensei to revive him, would he come back with his eyes?

If you lost your parents and want them back you would prefer to use Rinne Tensei.

If you want to kill someone or amuse yourself Edo Tensei.

Edo Tensei is only for combat purpose. If Itachi was ressurected with Rinne Tensei he wouldn't think he need to die again, same goes to Chiyo and others. They would be glad.

Edo tensei poses a big risk though... since you need a living person first. I would rather have Rinne Tensei but since it takes a huge amount of chakra its risk is huge..

IDK... I would probably take Rinne Tensei since they come back to life for good and are normal

Which one is better?

well in terms of weakness, rinne tensei is better. As desipte who u revive with rinee tensei can oppose u at will at least ur not invul and have unlimited chakra.

Major problem comes back to the summon being able to breal the contract seal if he knows the seals needed.


But in strengths edo tensei is better due to unlimited chakra and invul body. important to note also one is geared to wards more evil use being edo tensei by using living sacrafices while rinne tensei is more noble as u could die ur self to bring some1 back without the needing to kill anyone else too.
