If Shishui were to be back to life as an Edo with both of his taken back from Danzo and Itachi. Could he be able to use unlimited KA rather than waiting for 10 years after every usage?

No. Jutsu still have their limitations and risks when used by edo tensei characters.

If he was brought back to life hed still have both his eyes. Just like how Madara had his rennigan even though Nagato was in possession. However mr prodigy genjitsu wouldnt be needed since Danzo was more suitable for edo. He could use izanami an KA at a faster rate than that pure Uchiha prodigy. Also hed make a better come back villain an Obito wouldve had his DNA

The mangekyou drawbacks still applied to Edo's (Itachi losing an eye to Izanami)
