During the Jiraiya vs Pain fight, Jiraiya did most of his fighting alongside his toad summons. Theres no way they would willingly help him while he's being controlled so his power would be slashed. Then he'd get sealed XD

Chibaku tensei? reverse summon himself to either mount myoboku, toad mouth trap or toad gourd prison.

Bansho Tenin? activate Needle Jizo while being pulled, cuz I'm sure Nagato would love to take a giant spike to the chest.....leg....arm....FACE! lol.

Completely agree. A huger portion of his power comes from summonings. Take that away, and there's a plethora of shinobi that could defeat him.

Exactly! I'd also like to get it out there before someone tries to argue it!

Jiraiya's sage mode variant works by having those two old & smaller toads merge on each of his shoulders so he wouldnt even have sage mode.
