Edo tensei flaws

after i started to re-watch the chunin exam/leaf destruction arc if you compare oro's edo of the first and second to kabutos edo they are quite different.
first of all the eyes, in the anime the eyes appear normal in comparison to the blank expression eyes of kabutos edo.
secondly the skin, oros reanimation the skin appears normal whereas kabutos the skin looks to be all flaky
also, it appears that oro reanimated them from their 'prime' whereas most of kabutos edos were more towards the form at the time of death
not sure if this thread has been before or not, apologizes if it has. also i may have missed a few, if you can spot any others please feel free to let me know.

It is unknown exactly when Hashirama died... (meaning it is unknown when he died agewise so it would be fair to say that he was also revived from the moment of his death) And it is also stated that Kabuto has improved the Edo Tensei so if anything you are just comparing an old version to the new version :l

Obviously that was his OLD drawing style...he draws diffrently now, but its all the same. The only diffrence is that they were being controlled by Orochimaru with the talismans.
