Once a person is sealed they go to afterlife or death reaper, as long as the user has the person's flesh with them, they can bring back the dead in the AL

but for death reaper, The user needs to an uzumaki death reaper mask go to the uchiha hideout and face the tablet with the mask on the user's face then the reaper will be summoned, and with that you can make the reaper return back the dead in its belly in exchange for a life
