Who would win in a fight and why? Madara ALIVE (no Edo) with EMS, or Edo EMS Sasuke? In my opinion, they would be on the same tier.

Restrictions: No Kyuubi nor rinnegan.
Mind: Both will be careful
Location: Where Itachi vs Sasuke took place (Uchiha temple)
Note: Sasuke will analyze and use his mind on this fight because he knows he could lose if he doesn't.
Madara will not use Perfect Susano'o for 1 hour.

No Kyuubi or Rinnegan? Then I don't see what advantage Madara has, both have PS but Sasuke has unlimited chakra, Amaterasu, excellent timing, Chidori and it's variations and the fact that he can use them over and over, non-stop.

EMS Madara under these conditions would take alive EMS Sauce though.

Remember that the Madara that fought Hashirama had the 9 Tailed Fox on his team. If he didn't have it, he would have lasted 1/100 (a few minutes) of what the original battle did.
