This has been on my mind for quite a while. kabuto seemed to have everything figured out down to the fact that he knew Tobi wasn't Madara. Did he know that Tobi was Obito? And I he did why not revive Rin? I feel like that would have gave him the upper hand against him. Did he not know about Rin?

Your second question depends entirely on if he knows he is obito
There is no reason to believe he was nor is there any reason for him to know of obitos existence or rins for that matter

He knew he wasn't madara because he had he's DNA. And Obito and he's background isn't fairly known by alot of people besides the people that grew up wit him

Even if he did know he was obito that doesnt mean he would be able to gather rins dna much less even know about her.
