I thought the Edos kept all of their abilities, even things like dojutsu? I would think they keep their summoning contracts. The Edo Nagato had all of the abilities of the different paths, so I'm sure he had the abilities of the animal path too.

When Jiraiya showed Naruto the toad scroll of summoning, other names besides his were still present, which suggests at his age that the previous names were deceased. If they were still present even though they were deceased, it's most likely that shinobi under the effects of Edo Tensei can still use the summoning jutsu.

kabuto summoned edo manda 2.0 or sumthin so I say yes they do..
