Do be very honest Nagato's Preta Path nullifies Kakuzu and Kisame's attacks. They'll need to go up close where they risk being hit by a Shinra Tensei or lasers/missiles. Though Kakuzu might survive, then it'll be Nagato vs Kakuzu which is bad for the latter.

Even then there are instant game enders like Chibaku Tensei or Gedo Mazo.
