How does Shinra tensei counter a shock wave that last long when the jutsu is only released for an instant? Shinra tensei isn't going to help here. Not even mentioning the fact that directly after pushing one shockwave with Shinra tensei, how could he counter another if a second bijuudama was used around the same time when it has a 5 long second interval?

Kyubi's roar alone could kill Nagato. That thing was powerful enough to push even Bijuus back

And no, Minato can seal edos. People always forget he has shown another sealing jutsu other than reaper death seal called Hakke no fuin that sealed the other half of Kyubi in Naruto along with his own and Kushina's chakra. The only weakness of the jutsu is the time preparation, but in the usage it has shown to be almost instant

as i said before nagato soul rip ends it Minato cannot even take down edos to begin with

To rip soul, he would have to catch Minato first, something that would never happen even in his dreams because of the huge difference in terms of speed between them. Not even mentioning Hiraishin in the question here that makes his hope of soul riping Minato close to zero
