Nagato only had gedo mazo when he was in akatsuki now tobi has it

Its a summoning, Once he died tobi claimed it. Nagato is an edo so it'll be the same as before he died. Just like how sasuke took itachi's eyes but once he got revived he still had them.

and read my post before you reply,CT traps the opponent in a dome of earth compressed by gravity,if itachi is trapped in there,he isnt coming out and he looses,CST and human combo is what i said,CST destroys his susanoo and stuns him while he then uses human sealing to take his soul,gedo mazo is also optional,and edo itachi is nowhere equal to edo nagato,none of his techs can hurt nagato. Nagato wins this obviously.

then why did he use it against naruto as deva path when he wanted to capture him?,and i am pretty sure kabuto was controlling nagato,and i am pretty sure killer b and naruto arent here with itachi to fight nagato while itachi attacks the summons,and i am pretty sure a nagato who isnt controlled,facing only itachi will curbstomp him, gedo mazo can also solo quite easily. Itachi has no chance,he will feast off his susanoo and weapons and heal himself if he wants to.
