Ok so as an Edo would he still have been able to use Rinne Tensei, and if so, why didnt Kabuto just revive Madara that way, and would nagato die again

maybe kabuto didnt exaclty know how to go about it and if he brought him back using edo tensei he was able to make madara even more OP and indestructable.. if he was revived via rinne tensei then he couldnt do this
