Minato has extreme speed with FTG, and when combined with his high intelligence and mastery of rasengan, he could do some damage. Also, some have theorized that, since the 2nd Hokage created the jutsu, he will be able to break out of it like Madara, and somehow break the other Hokages out. If this happens, Minato will obviously be fighting on the side of the Alliance, and with FTG and possible help from Kakashi's kamui... no enemy would be able to touch him.

You are overrating his speed. He isn't untouchable. Besides, PS slash will destroy every ftg kunai he has on the field.
