LOL naruto is faster than raikage, he dodged his fastest punch... too lazy to look for the manga page. Secondly, minato is not faster than raikage... He can outmatch his opponents because he teleports. He is not actually moving faster but teleporting.... Remove all his kunais and all his speed is gone... S/T does not equal speed.

I think d kunai"§ only makes d teleportation easier.remember naruto used the ftg ☺Ω̴̩̩̩̥ kizame witout kunai.S̶̲̥̅☺ m pretty sure minato can do witout his marked kunais.

Speed means a lot plus mastermind I don't even have words to describe it. ^^

I‘ll say minato because when naruto was fighting the tailed beast and they all did there ttb naruto was able to divert all of them at once and the next kakashi said was sensei so may also mean that minato should be able to divert all of them at once which may also mean that minato has won because he can defeat tobi all he need to do is get behind enemy lines and kill tobi before he can deal with the tailed beasts

I always wondered about this guy's speed. lol

Freaking minato! He's an edo. He can spam ftg. He can easily dodge any attacks. Even though you say tobi can summon the bijuu's. One seal and tobi loses control of them. So it' will be minato + the bijuu's vs tobi, because im sure the bijuu's dont like to be controlled for bad purposes.

honestly i really don't know why kishi made him say that, and the fight never really showed anything like that only tobi getting rasenganed after 2 mins.

Still top goes have like 7 junchuriki on his side, but minato is an edo so death and injury won't work so i say him, unless tobi can keep him in one place to seal him.
