hi sir! i don't think minato would get sealed forever on another dimension. have you watch lost towers? minato could transport or travel from different time/era or any dimension he likes. =]

and the first battle of minato and obito, obito tried desperately to suck minato to his dimension but did not work. =]

It wasn't desperately it was a mere fight of who can touch who first and that's the one who's going to be the winner again when they fight, also the movie is canon he can only teleport to the places where he puts a kunai, in that case he MIGHT possibly get out of the dimension but who knows.

he can make people forget their memories. and if people forget themselves, that includes the techniques and the whole self probably

Tobi would surely own now, he has surpassed his weakened state against Minato long ago. Minato was his teacher, if he thought he was capable of facing him than, he'll have much trouble handling the situation now. If anything there will be two against Tobi.

so you also remember that there was a nine tails demon fox on the loose that basically impaled minato's and kushina's chest or was i the only one who saw that?

He was 14 at that time, and he had a almost unfunctional half body.
