Yes its possible, I don't see why it wouldn't. Madara with his Susanoo amplified Bansho Tennin was able to pull a meteor from Outer Space, I'm pretty sure he can pull Minato towards him.

Guys guys, don't be nervous every thread/poll ends up with Minato and Itachi wins, but atleast Madara holds his ground while facing fanboys.

To be honest, Minato is far from the level Madara is in.
Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan only Madara stomps Edo/Alive Minato, Madara lived during every shinobi era since he started fighting as Uchiha, he knows tons of Sealing Jutsus, he never used it, cause he never needed it.
