Itachi can't touch, kill, or see minato. Itachi can only sit in susano'o.
Minato wins. The power boost from The kyuubi cloak alone would start pumelling him. He'd probably have to blast a shit load of MS and standard techs to try to stay alive, eventually he'd break past his threshold and susano'o would drop. Even if it doesn't, minato simply RDS's itachi.
amaterasu? - kyuubi cloak keeps it off his skin, assuming it even hits through overwhelming speeds. Shed that bit of the cloak with a chakra arm/etc and that's it
Tsukuyomi? - Minato contains the Yin half of kyuubi. Yin element is the element of genjutsu. therefore, his half of the kyuubi would probably get him out of tsukuyomi. In the case it can't, tsukuyomi can't put him down in an EDO body.
Susano'o? Can't hit him with any of the moves.
Sharingan? - He'd be like sasuke. He wouldn't be able to see shit, won't know where minato is.
Izanami? - won't work, minato has never been shown to lie to himself.
Minato wins. It'll take a while for people to start coming of the hate-bus that drove in this morning.
