Minato obliterates him. Hashirama has shown a grand total of zero speed feats that suggest he can keep up with an FTG user. On top of that, this is an edo battle. That means that in order to win, one of the opponents has to get sealed - the only sealing jutsu Hashirama has shown is Heaven Gates which even if they catch Minato, are neg-diffed by FTGing outside of them. Meanwhile, all Minato has to do is hit Hashirama with one Rasengan eventually. Then, while he's regenerating, Minato seals him inside with FTG Barrier.
