Minato focuses on his chakra, trying to draw it from his body in large amounts, using the sheer pressure of the chakra to attempt to make his body levitate.
Close enough? xd
BLAST! xdNo it isnt
Yeah, now move aroundBLAST! xd
Minato again attempts to focus large amount of chakra throughout his body, he kneads the chakra in large amounts under the surface of his skin, causing it to be released from the pores of his body, causing a great build up of pressure around him, the chakra seemingly forces the air around him to one side dropping his wind resistance significantly allowing him a significant burst to speed, along with levitating him off the ground completely.
Better?

Yes sir!
Minato attempts to dash forwards, however unaccustomed to the increased speed he bashed in to a tree shattering his groin, after several moments of pain he stands back up, activating the technique again and this time using his superior reflexes to at first move slowly, getting gradually faster each time, he notices that stopping is an issue with the technique, but the speed boost is significant.
Minato continues practicing the moves, slowly mastering the turning styles, learning to anticipate a turn before he makes it and adjust his chakra accordingly to burst him diagonally right as he began his turn, making it considerably easier.Keep practicing it
Thank you muchies!Youre done mate
