Wrong you need a living sacrifice to perform that jutsu, so no he would not.

RDS takes the soul of the user as payment for using the Jutsu, his soul would be inside an edo body so yes he could still use it.

Um yeah.... but that doesn't matter anymore. his soul can't be used anymore I wish he could so somehow he could break out of edo like itachi, then him and naruto could defeat madara with a father son rasengan like the father son kamehameha.
