I know, to some people, this isn't going to seem plausible as narrow mindedness is a plague upon mankind. But please broaden your horizons!
Now after all we've seen I believe it is safe to say that Amaterasu is a part of Itachi and Sasuke's household. Itachi could use it with his MS and so can Sasuke. Now we've all seen the final form of Itachi and Sasuke's Susano-o without the EMS:
The main power of Sasuke's MS is The Amaterasu, after he transplants Itachi's eyes and gains the EMS we can see atleast two variations of it incorporated in the perfect form of his Susano-o!:
Clearly, he has a sword made completely of black flames, and in the other image he is using the spirit arrow's source to literally blow the black flames from its palm onto the Zetsu's. In the same image you can also see Sasuke's Perfect Susano-o holding the Bow on its left side, which means he can also shoot super fast Amaterasu arrows. Now that is quite an arsenal of weapons based on the Amaterasu, which ofcourse is the fire that burns for seven days and seven nights and cannot be put out 'by any means' before the target is less than ashes, pair all of that with an impenetrable Amaterasu sheild, much like his Enton and you've got The Strongest Uchiha, by far.....
But im not here to show my fanboyism for Sasuke because I have none! Im am simply using all the above as an example to prove my theory that the next jutsu that Madara's Susano-o is about to use will be based upon his clones Dimensional Transfer(which I am sure is his original self's Mangekyo Ninjutsu.
I think that evil tempest is about to rip open a void in space creating a suction into another dimension which will be almost impossible to escape and that is where he will trap the Kage's.
Another little detail that supports my theory is the fact that Tobi's Dimensional Transfer has been proven to be the best Space Time Ninjutsu in all of the Shinobi world by the Fourth Hokage himself, seeing as how him and the Nidaime had the strongest STJ(Space Time Jutsu) before the Yondaime saw Tobi's jutsu. Which brought me to the conclusion that it cannot be anything other than a Mangekyo Sharingan technique since it is at too high of a level, and the fact that the medium between the spaces is his Sharingan!:
