edo madaras a little young?

I thought that when Edo tensei was used they were brought back as they were at the time of their death. Like granny Chiyo and Nagato how his hair was white and itachi had to help him walk. But Kabuto I think had somehow modified Madara to be at his prime.

it said in the manga that madara has been here a hundered years. im trying to find it now. and 80 years? then why was kakashi, ino, shikamaru, and choji so suprised when kakazu fought the 1st hokage? and i didnt know that 5 generations on kages went be so fast.

Kakuzu was likely around the same age as Madara and Hashirama, possibly a little younger.

As to Madara's age, we know he was young and in his prime during the founding of the Leaf, about 80 years ago. Based on the timeline we know, it is liekly that Madara died in his early 90's and would be around 110 if he survived until shippuden.

madara's dead body in the coffin was a young body so wtf how can that be possible he died as a old man

Obviously Kabuto modified him before ever showing him to Tobi. Clearly, Kabuto summoned them all at least once before gathering them for the war. He simply summoned each of them individually, stored them in the coffins, and put them on standby until the war started.
