when i look back the Manga,in the early kabuto already have madara's DNA, that's why he looks young when been revived.
what we saw madara now is a old man.i don't think kabuto took his DNA when he is death. possible?:shrug:

They did extra research so they could revive him in his prime, other wise an old man with one sharigan who can barely move would be no fun.

Anyway, Kabuto specially made the Madara Edo. I don't think he could have gotten young Madara's DNA since he wasn't alive when Madara was like that ...
