Simply Edo Madara. He is an Edo so he can heal himself. He got EMS, Rinnegan, Mokuton Etc. He never runs out of chakra.
He can use susanoo, Meteors, can create That forest thing of hashirama with flower that has the pollens which can sleep anybody who inhales it.
How can he win.
Use susanoo from the start. Then create the forest. Then the tobi will be forced to either stop inhaling or go intangible state. Now all madara got to do is spam meteors. Tobi cannot stay intangible for too long(Fact from tobi vs konan) So he will die soon. Then he can use izanagi and comes back to lyf. But all madara has to do is repeat this process and finally the victory will be his.

This is KONOHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!

Tobi uses the Bijuus, Gedo Mazo, or Rinnegan to destroy the pollen forest. In the confusion, he warps behind Madara and kidnaps him. Or while Madara is regenerating.

why would madara use a meteor with knowledge. tobi would obviously just go intangible. it doesnt matter if tobi is using gedo mazo or the beasts. the gedo mazo has never been shown to have a roar that causes damage. madara makes 25 mokuton clones. he sends 20 to take care of gedo mazo and the remaining 5 and madara kill tobi.

And note that Tobi can have the Bijuus and Gedo Mazo assist him against the remaining 5 clones. And Madara will have to stay on his toes from the soul ripping dragons.

And you realize that Gedo Mazo can roar and send all of the Mokuton around flying away, right? The clones have no chance against Gedo Mazo, and if the Bijuus are involved, no chance at all.

The Dragon Thing gets blocked by Susanoo? Tobi warps over and uses Preta Path to absorb Susanoo, while Gedo Mazo rips Madara's soul out. The clones can withstand Tobi's attacks? Even though Gedo Mazo can/will kill them all, he can still use Chibaku Tensei to send Madara and his clones flying up.

TBH, all Tobi has to do is warp him, if the fight isn't easy enough for him. Madara has no S/T tech to counter Tobi's.
