Edo Madara was already godly. He could kill the Five Kage as easy as breathing, and he wasn't at full power. It's obvious he was godly. If anyone thinks Sasuke is stronger than him, they're wrong. Tsunade reserves were low, they weren't at their best.
Tsunade killed Madara 2 during that fight, You can say he was playing around, but a uchiha should in no way get blitzed.

He beat 2 kages with MS and lost to the rest because of chakra exhaustion and previous injuries. With EMS he doesn't have to worry about any of those and his Susanoo levels where the same as EMS Madara as well. The biggest difference between the two is that Sasuke actually has a mangekyo jutsu while Madara doesn't.
So Replace Sasuke with Madara and all the Kages would've died to amatersu half the time edo madara had to use mokuton to fight the Gokages.
