Tobi is being underrated by some people, even without the juubi he still wins, madara can't counter his S/T.

The question is whether Tobi would've the force to beat Madara; not only he has a mighty defense with the Rinnegan, EMS and Mokuton, the offense I call best defense is powerful as well. And since Madara is an Edo here, only sealing techniques would beat him. Without being an Edo, Tobi would obviously be superior to him.
