First off Tobi only has 3-Tomoe sharingan, how can he perform a mangekyou ability? xD
So unless I see a mangekyou then ultimate genjutsu aint happening, and most importantly Madara has limitless chakra and an unfathomable amount of knowledge. He's taking on 5 Kages and whooping them around, if Madara went serious and summoned Ultimate Sussano'o it would be game over for fake Juubi. xD

And Tobi teleportation tactics wont touch Madara, he could just use Blaze Release. Or hell he could use his Rinnegan to create a chakra absorption field around him, then slice Tobi in half. Their is no touching Madara, he is a God.

S/T tech defeats the purpose of all of Madara's attacks. You have it backwards, there is no touching Tobi since he can go intangible. He can warp inside perfect susano'o and then warp him into another dimension. Game over. Tobi has a Rinnegan also and has the 6 bijuus. More than enough to defeat Madara. Madara having more knowledge is a baseless statement and doesn't hold any value. Tobi has shown to be more knowledgeable and he has stronger genjutsu, all without the use of EMS, lol.

his entire plan is built around the juubi jin gaining access to tsukiyomi. maybe juubi chakra enhances eye powers to their Mangekeyo state.

So unless I see a mangekyou then ultimate genjutsu aint happening

then the war arc is pointless since the alliance isnt fighting for anything.
