I think Tobi + 6 jinchuriki would beat Madara. Tobi can go intangible and it doesn't look like Madara can. We haven't seen Madara use S/T ninjutsu either.

Feat wise it goes to Madara...if we do some speculative gauging then there's no clean cut winner,because both have the rinnegan and can do the same stuff...tobi has the numbers going for him,while madara has the power,tobi has the haxx-phasing/shared vision+sharingan(for improved reflexes)/gedo mazo and madara has Asteroid spam festival,mokuton,double susano'o,yasakas magatama spam festival here too and what we get is a battle of epic proportions xd
