Even then, madara's reflexes have already proved to be very fast. He's already reacted to hiraishin in canon, and giving him the gunbai is a huge advantage. He was able to block a rasengan from bm naruto.
If Minato hits the gunbai with rasengan, uchiha reflection could potentially kill him

Alive Minato stands little chance. I simply don't see Madara getting fooled like Obito, after already knowing how FTG works. Not to mention Madara already has experience against the original technique used by Tobirama. If they don't fight in character, and simply aim for the kill from the start, Madara can just genjutsu Minato and that's it.

The only way i see this resulting in anything but a victory for Madara is a draw via RDS, but since you restricted that...
