Tsunade's medical ninjutsus are far too troublesome, dont forget about the 2 elders that we know nothing about, if Danzo was that powerful, there is no doubt that they haven't steal some DNA from an OP ninja. the rest of the villagers are back up and will seal and distract EDO MADARA UNTIL IS BEING DEFEATED.

Troll, the village is too much for him, and there are too many skill full ninjas in the leaf village that WILL DISTRACT AND SEAL HIM, despite the 5 kages lose, if they were able to seal him twice and lay couple of hits well, then the entire leaf village will surely win.

I don't know where Gai was.
Sasuke wasn't on the village durong Pain invasion.
And Naruto wasn't there till everythong was destroyed.
Naruto and Sasuke have gained a huge powerup, and Kakashi's abilities have raised.

With all those ninjas it would just be a matter of time before Kakashi Kamui's him,
sence itsvthe only way I can see they have to seal him.

this is konoha from which generation? if its the konoha from madara and hashiramas generation then he gets stomped. if its current generations konoha then he wins.

Konoha is a lot stronger now than during the Pain invasion. During pain invasion they didn't start with Naruto. And for what it is worth they also didn't have Team Gai. And now you are giving them EMS Sasuke. Plus Naruto is BM. Tsunade I assume will have intent to kill this time rather than intent to just waste all her chakra on healing fodder. And Kakashi is a lot stronger now than he was back then. And for what it is worth, Ino/Shika/Cho seem to be a lot better too.

I think a Shikamaru and Kakashi led group of the elite ninjas should be able to fight off Madara pretty evenly.
